		<description>One thing I found about Asian cooking that is similar to creating a graphic novel is the amount of preparation it takes. I&#039;ve tried to take the same discipline regarding the tools of the trade and the tools of cooking. You better maintain your tools, cleanup before during and after your prep and be humble in the face of overwhelming applause for your work. Thanks for this great series of cooking tips; I&#039;ll be sure to stay tuned for more.</description>
